FR: Nos balades sont échangeables et annulables uniquement jusqu’à 72h avant le début de celle-ci.

Pour le bon déroulement des balades et par respect pour les autres participants veuillez arriver à l’heure au rendez-vous fixé 30min avant le départ de votre balade. Nous ne pourrons pas attendre les retardataires, et les balades ne pourront être remboursés en cas de retard.

En cas de prévisions météorologiques non favorables au déroulement de l’activité, celle-ci sera annulée, vous serez informé par mail ou sms jusqu’à 3h avant le rendez-vous de votre balade, et pourrez profiter d’un remboursement intégral de votre réservation, ou reprogrammer votre balade selon nos disponibilités.

Les participants comprennent en réservant qu’il est obligatoire d’être majeur et que le permis de conduire est nécessaire pour effectuer notre activité, et qu'il est obligatoire de le présenter sous format physique lors du rendez-vous. En cas de non présentation des documents liés à la conduite de nos véhicules, l'accès à notre activité peut être refusé sans préavis, et aucun remboursement ou report de la réservation ne sera possible.

For the smooth running of the tour and out of respect for the other participants, please arrive on time at the appointment set 30 minutes before the start of your Tour. We will not be able to wait for latecomers, and rides cannot be refunded in case of delay.

In the event of weather forecasts not favorable to the progress of the activity, it will be cancelled, you will be informed by email or sms up to 3 hours before the appointment of your tour, and will be able to benefit from a full refund of your reservation, or reschedule your tour according to our availability.

Participants understand when booking that a driving license is necessary to carry out our activity, and that it is obligatory to present it in physical format during the appointment. In the event of failure to present documents relating to the driving of our vehicles, access to our activity may be refused without notice, and no refund or postponement of the reservation will be possible.
